This contrasts with philosophy that is characterized with uncertainty and lacking definite answers. Seeking knowledge must stem from caring about a given domain, if I care about health then I will seek to find truths about leading a healthy life
Finding truth must come from an innate desire to seek knowledge and when it is found, it is explored to eliminate any doubt and error. The truth believed must be safe from error and what can be left in the curious mind is understanding how the truth came to be. One cannot have knowledge about something that is not true
