Conflict is inevitable in interpersonal interactions as it includes the possibility of existing opposing viewpoints, incompatible goals, or competing for limited resources. The likelihood of conflicts is increased in close relationships as the level of interaction increases proportionally. Learning how to manage conflicts is essential in developing better and more rewarding relationships. At one time, I was involved in a friendly argument with my friend about religion matters based on our opinions.
