Identify one text that inspired you in regard to culture and identity.
What do you think about the idea of literature and other art forms/genres informing each other (e.g., dystopian literature and dystopian movies, or art and poets writing about the art, or poems and short stories)? Can you think of an example of this?
Identify one discussion you had with a peer that helped you during the development of your essay or that impacted your thoughts about cultural identity in relation to literature.
In your response posts, discuss whether you found the literature your peers identified to have the same impact on your views of cultural identity in relation to literature. Expand on your response by making a connection to your own findings while reflecting on the literature presented in this course.
If you come across a post in which a peer mentioned a discussion you participated in, reflect on whether that discussion had the same impact on your views in connection to cultural identity. Did this discussion help you become more self-reflective on your own writing?
