The U.S has got a rich history, with numerous storylines and themes working to constitute what is now arguable the world’s greatest democracy. There is certainly more than just a single aspect about this history that can be related to the present, and certainly even more that have ushered in a greater realization of what today is all about. The civil rights movement is the most significant event of the American history, from a personal perspective. It altered the entire course of the nation’s history in addition to having its impacts felt even today.
