Several social factors that contribute to terrorism exist. They include poverty, religious extremism, and social inequality. The wealth scale is different globally, and most people fall low on the scale. These are the people who fall on the poverty level. Some believe that the wealthy class is living unfairly comfortably, making them vow to terrorize their lives. Religion also contributes to terrorism as believers of certain religions fight for the course of their religion (Pinto, 2019; Cordesman, 2017). For example, Muslims have been accused of advancing terrorism agendas for a long time. Social inequalities include racism and ethnic differences. Issues like the black lives matter movement can trigger terrorism.
