Creating a platform for career advancements is a dream for any professional. However, it takes collaborative inputs for professionals to understand and achieve their individual goals. Walden University manifests a platform that is universally structured and can fit into the dreams of most professionals. Accommodating prospects such as Walden MSN Program Outcomes and perspectives and social change initiatives could steer the necessary professional development.
Academic Goals
My career in nursing is pegged on specific goals that I intend to pursue given the necessary support structures. Professional development is one of my primary goals in nursing. I believe that nursing is a changing prospect. Factors such as patient care, safety, and technology keep changing in the profession. As such, I have set a goal to develop consistently professionally to match the changes in the clinical setting. The other goal that I pursue is to have an impact on society. Society is faced with constant challenges especially healthcare needs. I am a passionate nurse who believes that it is among the professions that can change the world. Ultimately, I pursue the profession to enhance my personal and interpersonal skills. In a career that thrives on both individualism and collectivism, finding avenues of nurturing personal and interpersonal skills remains a priority.
