It is the largest insurance provider in America with its headquarters at Minnetonka, Minnesota. This has also helped it control its finances. The company is using the Accountable Care strategy to ensure that it provides its customers with the best quality and ensure customer satisfaction. The strategy involves three programs that offer diverse levels of integration with the caregivers and it all depends on their ability to undertake the financial risk and affect the health results (Hilligoss, Song, & McAlearney, 2016). By offering a flexible approach, the company can align its programs with all types of healthcare providers across the world. First are the performance-based programs. The organisation is increasingly rewarding caregivers for the quality of services they offer to their patients. A good example is offering bonus-based incentives for the services provided. The organisation is hoping to increase these programs in future to ensure that caregivers offer the best forms of treatment to patients while at the same time pleasing the caregivers.
