The Restorative Yoga Class Whose Theme is “Letting Go”   The yoga class will be a restorative yoga class whose theme is “Letting Go.” After a long hard day, one is filled with numerous thoughts about their financial status, relationships, and goals to achieve, thoughts that can be overwhelming and stressful. However, through the practice of letting go, participants are urged to breathe in and out and let the worries wash away; the thoughts fade away and create space for the faith that pushes them forward.
The length of the yoga class will be sixty minutes, including the warming up period and the winding up. Letting go yoga targets women aged thirty to fifty who face immense pressure at work and home to find a balance in achieving their career goals, taking care of families and having enough time for themselves. Developing the ability to shed off all worries, regrow, relax and build their strength is paramount in helping them succeed. The setting for the evening yoga class will be a room temperature room of 72 degrees Fahrenheit with candles lit to help set a relaxation mood.
The sequence of the yoga class will comprise:
Centering and warmup: Fifteen minutes of deep breathing at a ratio of 1:1, stretching all body muscles and relaxing the body and mind to increase concentration while settling in a sitting position.
Letting go movement poses: For twenty-five minutes. 
* Child’s pose (5min)
* Extended puppy pose (5min).
* Cobra stretch (5 min).
* Pigeon pose (5min).
* Cat-cow pose (5min).
Closing sequence: 20 minutes
* Savasana- take three deep breaths through the nose and exhale through the mouth repeatedly for ten minutes.
* Practice Sama Vritti pranayama by taking deep breaths for several seconds and exhaling for a similar number of seconds for ten minutes.
