What organism produces this disease and how?
Anthrax is caused by a bacterium known as Bacillus anthracis. Although the disease is rare, it is serious and, in some cases, leads to death. It mostly affects wild and domestic animals. Human beings can also be infected when they come to direct or indirect contact with infected animals. 
What are the four different locations where an anthrax infection can occur? Describe each of these locations.
           In typical anthrax cases, the disease enters the body through inhalation, injection, gastrointestinal, and cutaneous. Inhalation anthrax begins in the lymph nodes located in the chest, and then it spreads to the whole body. Injection anthrax mostly affects heroin users. It spreads faster and is hard to detect and treat. Gastrointestinal anthrax goes into the body when one eats raw meat from a sick animal. After ingestion, the disease spreads to the upper gastrointestinal tract. Cutaneous anthrax is the least dangerous and most common and enters the body when the spores contact open wounds (Savransky, 2020).
