Risk Incidence Occurrence Solution
The primary incident for consideration in this proposal is to compare the treatment of chronic illnesses in adults with pharmaceuticals and the use of psychotherapeutic approaches. The focus is to have a database design that collects reliable data on the number of patients in each program and how they are responding to medication. Collection of this data through manual technique could be tedious due to the numerous numbers of patients that visit the hospital. Additionally, manual collection and analysis of data could be time-consuming and limit the target population. The researcher would wish to reach out to a significant number of participants, especially due to the expected contribution of this project to the affected population.
The proposed solution for this risk incidence is to introduce the affected population to pharmacological treatment and another group to the psychotherapeutic treatment. The goal is to compare how each group responds to the treatment program and how long it takes to respond to the treatment. The first modification will be the inclusion of the histopathologic image that can be used to understand the seriousness of the condition. The original database only captures textual data. The reason for this modification is to provide a visual observation of the condition and how the patient is responding to the treatment. There will also be a modification to display the exact type of program that the patient is exposed to so that it is possible for the person logging in to have an easy interpretation of the information, considering that both the patient and medical professionals will ...
