This course has undoubtedly been one of the most interesting and educative considering that it specifically evaluated the issues of legal aspects in the healthcare sector. This is one on the most crucial sectors of providing health care since it ensures that there is regulation of all the activities undertaken by the medics on the basis of the laid down rules and procedures (Atkinson, 2006). Therefore, this course has greatly improved my understanding of the legal aspects of the entire health care thereby imparting the most crucial skills to me necessary of acting ethically and correctly when faced by medical dilemmas considering all the legal aspects involved. This has therefore to a greater extent enhanced my knowledge and skills on how I would be able to handle different medical situations on the basis of medical legal aspects (Krager & Krager, 2008).
As a result, now I am highly convinced that through the knowledge and skills that I have obtained through this course I am capable of handling any medical situations ethically considering all the legal aspects that govern such situations (Solomon, 2006). Therefore, the study of legal issues is vital for all the professionals in the health care sector since it is usually recognised as one of the invaluable aspect of medical training (Deakin & Basil, 2003). Thus, I am really feeling very happy throughout the course session considering that I have managed to get a succinct understanding of the healthcare legal aspects (Krager & Krager, 2008).
