In the health care sector, professionals will likely experience psychosocial issues such as increased workload due to a shortage of nurses and a desire to meet deadlines. Time restraints due to family issues and the struggle to balance family matters and job issues also strain health care providers, thus hindering their performance (Stuijfzand et al., 2020, p. 13). High workload and time restraints cause depression and stress among the nurses hence the poor concentration on patient education.
