Education and Professional Background
I am an active person and a medical health worker by profession. I finished an Associate of Science degree from El Centro Community, Cedar Hill. From January 2010 to May 2011, I studied for my associate degree to be able to pursue a medical profession in the future. However, even before starting an associate degree, I have worked in the medical field. Since I am a licensed vocation nurse, I have worked as an assistant in Veterans Affairs Dallas, Texas. I assisted in administering medication fluids, provided basic patient care, and executed several nursing practices.
When I finished my degree in 2011, I had several professional works before pursuing a masters' degree. From 2011 to 2013, I worked as an RN Case Manager at Hospice Plus, Dallas, Texas. In that profession, instead of nursing practice, I was mostly doing communication between patients and the institution, treatment plans, and other medical institutional related business. I was also an RN manager, in the patient care department, when I entered Heart to Heart Hospice, Dallas, Texas from 2013 to 2019. In this department, I was mostly assigned is supervising, and monitoring patient care plans and execution. In 2018, I was a moonlighter who worked as a call center RN at Parkland Memorial Hospital, along with being a patient care manager. In this profession, I was in clinical communication with a group of professionals through phone calls.
