N.K. went to the hospital for another check-up and complained of feeling fatigued every day after performing all of her assigned activities for the day. Due to the results of her blood work-up, she opted to eat healthier with less fast food and more fruits and vegetables. She usually eats healthy food deliveries which are usually boiled and a balanced meal (complete with white meat, fruit, vegetables, and sometimes, grains). However, she sometimes eats junk foods like Lays but this happens every once in a while. Her cousin also stayed with her throughout the week to help her with chores so that she can sleep better at night and do a 10-minute jog or Zumba every morning for five days a week. Her sleep averages 7-8 hours this week without sleep disturbances. She stopped drinking alcoholic beverages as a form of recreation and changed it to sports activities like badminton and jogging with her family and friends.
She still commutes to her work every day but calls the cab when she is late. This increases her stress levels, especially when commuting after school during the rush hours where there is traffic congestion in most areas. Sometimes, she walks one station before her dropping point due to the traffic. Although walking helps as a form of exercise, this circumstance stresses her even more.
N.K. claims for improved overall well-being after doing this routine for around 5 days. She started sleeping better and her eating habits are gradually changing. She does not also experience SOB after walking for a mile during weekends. However, she fears that she might go back to her previous habits when she leaves her because no one will do the chores for her.
Health history: Anemia, anxiety, Type 2 DM, family history of high cholesterol, and irregular periods. Latex allergy and allergic reactions to Tylenol and Advil.
