As a Chief Executive Officer (CEO)of a USA based managed care organization, which is examining the possibility of venturing into the special markets, there are quite a number of options to consider. In the assumption that the origination is looking to venture in markets abroad, the best services that the organization can offer is providing plans and care chronic diseases(Nugent, 2008).
Although the USA may have the upper hand in handling most of the patients that are suffering from chronic diseases, other countries abroad especially in the developing countries do not have the means. Chronic diseases are associated with life effects that not impact the patients but also the economy.
