Therefore, psychoeducation on stress management is the key alternative to addressing hypertension. Older adults should undergo key stress management skills, including physical fitness training, relaxation techniques, and reducing substance abuse. However, the presentation relied on evidence-based literature focusing on hypertensive older adults to justify the interventions.
