The Banner Healthcare organization is a non-profit healthcare provider with the headquarters in Phoenix. The Healthcare operates twenty-two hospitals and other specialized facilities in six states, including Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, Nebraska, and Arizona. The facility has over 50,000 employees and was founded in 1999 (Banner Health, 2017). The organization is focused on providing healthcare services, emergency room services, primary care and medical group facilities. The mission of the healthcare is to provide cost efficient and quality medical services to the population at the expense of making profits. The organization also provides services for long-term home care for the elderly, outpatient surgical services, rehabilitation services and facilities, pharmacies and laboratory services. The healthcare has ventured into partnerships and infrastructural development to meet the diversity in the healthcare needs of the citizens. They have incorporated long-term strategies to enable the sustainability of the health care for the future generations. The issues concerning nurse staffing, resource management and patient satisfaction have been solved amicably through collaborative and elaborative policing (Nakamura & Koo, 2017).
