Nursing is huge and integral in preparing potential nurses to offer patients effective, safe, and empathetic care. Nursing education offers several opportunities to work with diverse populations. Since technology is advancing at an alarming rate in the healthcare sector and the aging population, the need for certified and skilled nurses is skyrocketing. As a result, a solid nursing education system is important to ensure nurses obtain the required skill, competencies, and knowledge to meet different healthcare patient's needs. Based on the nurse's intended career path, one can work on several options in the job market based on their educational level. With an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), which mainly takes two years to qualify a nurse as a Registered Nurse (RN), one can take different jobs. For instance, one can become a patient coordinator. Patient care coordinators perform as connections between the healthcare system and patients. These practitioners ensure patients receive the right care and understand their medical status and the medicines they have prearranged (Indeed Editorial Team, 2023). Patient coordinators may also assist patients in gaining insights and making decisions concerning their treatment programs and aid in preparing patients for treatments.
