The author of this works tries to look at the relationship that is there within the dimensions of the bureaucratic model and to make a relation with findings of a bureaucratic theory. The author examines how the bureaucratic method is applied in organizations and how it tends to make an organization prosper. According to the author, it has been found that managerial tendencies and involvement of staff is an essential factor in the way the bureaucratic method of management is used in organizations. The authors concluded that the bureaucratic form of management goes hand in hand with the notion of Parsons-Goulner in the control of an organization.
The authors understand the limitations that are there, including the ethical implications of their findings. In trying to address how an organization should be managed, the author highlights that it is not easy to separate management from leadership. The two concepts go hand in hand with the other as a manager, and a leader needs both concepts. Furthermore, the author tries to mention that organizations require competent managers for them to be able to function and meet their goals.
An experienced author, Ojogwu, understands the shortcomings that are in the works that he has undertaken. Moreover, the author is well informed of ethical implications that may be within the works that were undertaken. In order to get rid of negative criticism, the author tries to highlight the methods and the scholarly works where his research was based on having fewer critics in his works. Ojugwu uses different organizations to highlight how the various theories he has mentioned were used. Moreover, the author goes a step higher and gives organizations that benefited more from using specific theories of management.
