Conversely, the National Institute of Mental Health (2019) report concedes that women aged 18 and 25 years are susceptible to contracting depression. More appalling is the considerable amount of money being utilized to address the health problem. The startling statistics linked to depression compels health stakeholders and scholars to research ideal approaches to dealing with the menace in its entirety to ensure optimum health is guaranteed. One question that stands out for contention is how does a daily 30-minute walk help in alleviating depression?
