Research and evidence-based practice (EBP) has a goal of promoting quality in a setting that provides professional practice. They may be geared towards efficiency in professional practice however, their dissimilarities are what makes them unique. His paper looks at the differences between the two and how a healthcare manager would utilize each for effective practice.
