An evaluation of a plan is critical in determining the progress made. Without an evaluation, it is impossible to establish the plan's effectiveness. In a healthcare setting, evaluation is needed to establish whether or not the plan is a success.
Data was collected on the organization's performance before implementing the change proposal. It demonstrated how the organization was performing before the intervention.
