It is said that Ethics and Morality are some of the cornerstones of human civilization (Encyclopædia Britannica, 2018). This development of a set of rules (both written and unwritten) has been developed and spread ever since, making it a vital aspect of each organization and institutions alike. These aspects of morality and ethics that exist within the organizations, then, are the sets of rules and regulations that ensure harmony exist between members (Downe, Cowell, & Morgan, 2016). However, despite this fundamental nature of these two, it is still surprising how many people forget them or even neglect them throughout. In line with this, I noticed that the reason why some of the ethical behaviors are circumvented is not that it is simply neglected, but because of the fact that the rules themselves are not particularly clear.
