Project plan methodologies for managing a project
Agile is a suitable project plan methodology for the management of a project. Agile comes in handy for projects considered as incremental and iterative. Through the use of Agile, solutions, and demands get to evolve by a process that is collaborative and self-organizing. Agile as a project management methodology comes from the principles and values of the Manifesto of Agile. Some of the key values in agile are; answering to change in any plan and collaboration of customer due to contract negotiation. Scrum is the other suitable methodology for project plan management. Scrum has values like openness, focus, commitment, respect, and courage (Joslin, 2019). The main goal of scrum is to deliver, develop, and retain hard products through collaboration, iterative, and accountability progress. Scrum is different from Agile as it utilizes events, artifacts, and roles in managing a project.
