Health education might not sound important to other major subjects like math and science, but finishing study with an unhealthy body is not worth it. According to Rural Health Information Hub (n.d.) Health education is one way of applying disease prevention and health promotion programs because it provides people to learn about health topics. There is a systematic problem-solving way to identify, treat, and prevent actual or may become health problems in the future and also to promote wellness, and it’s called the nursing process. The nursing process can be used in developing health education by using five steps:s evaluation, diagnosis, implementation, planning, and assessment.
