Introduction of the committee
The committee is comprised of some of the major stake holders in the industry and in the community. The members are from different organizations in the community all of who have stakes in the nursing home.

Describe your observation of the interactions between members of the committee.
The committee meeting presented some very interesting insights on the interactions that the members had with reference to issues affecting the nursing home. One of the major approach that came out during the meeting was that every other member in the room was given a chance to raise their points. As such, there was an element of collaborative approach to dealing with the agendas of the meeting (Castle, & Ferguson, 2010). Using the time allocated, the members would rise and explain their points to the committee. This was enough time for the members to raise any concerns or even indicate their additions to the debate. Ideally, this showed the basic principle of the meeting was based on a fair platform for all the members. The level platform created a rather interesting chance for all the members. While it was not largely expected that every other member would have a chance to speak if they had a point to raise, the committee has forged into the meetings a very fair approach. In some of the cases, some of the members would bring to the attention of the committee members ideas that they felt would help improve the quality care at the nursing home (Castle, & Ferguson, 2010).
