Abstract
Worldviews and religious principles form the basis of the support system that leads to moral and ethical decisions affecting people. During the illness, these critical decisions can lead them to change their moral principles, beliefs, and convictions. Advances in technology and interventions offer broader perspectives for coping with acute suffering and end-of-life events. This assignment aims to conduct an ethical analysis of George's choices and situations related to end-of-life decisions from a Christian worldview. This article uses Christianity to assess ethical dilemmas. The emphasis is on deciding George's fate and the choice of euthanasia based on this religion's fundamental principles and worldview.

Introduction
Population diversity and growth create a new paradigm for end-of-life health issues, policies, and choices. Cultural, ethnic, and religious differences create a dynamic and absurd landscape for today's medical professionals. To effectively meet the needs of others in this broad and complex context, caregivers must be respectful and sensitive to philosophical, ethnic, religious, and cultural differences. Certain health issues, such as illness, disability, and death, can be very depressing and devastating for people with a severe and poor prognosis.
Many people, including the sick, see religion as essential to their lives. Indeed, an individual's religious worldview is a genuine understanding of the universe, the existence of supernatural beings, and the beginning and end of human life, often influenced by culture and upbringing (Orr, 2004). Christianity is one of the most popular religions followed by many people in the world today and has a worldview. Fundamentally, Christianity religious worldviews help determine how people interpret the world, life, and death, and how to manage health, illness, and human interaction. In many cases, autonomy, justice, altruism, and innocence principles conflict with people's religious worldviews, especially regarding ethical issues such as end-of-life decisions.
This assignment aims to conduct an ethical analysis of George's choices and situations related to end-of-life decisions from a Christian worldview. George, a successful 50-year-old lawyer, attorney, teacher, and father of a young son, was diagnosed with the life-changing disease, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The diagnosis was devastating for George and his family. George may lose his ability to move and speak and rely on others for his basic daily needs.
