LEARNING OBJECTIVES
1 The pupils will be able to compare and contrast the daily weather on two consecutive days.
2 The pupils will be able to compare and contrast the weather during summer and weather during winter.

The pupils will learn how to describe the weather in a day, including the color of the skies, the surroundings, and the temperature, and compare and contrast the weather in two consecutive days. The pupils will also be able to differentiate the color of the surroundings and the skies and temperature during summer and winter using the photos provided by the teacher. All of the information shall be written on paper, and the pupils shall be called individually to recite their observations.

LESSON TIMELINE/INSTRUCTIONAL PATHWAY
* Focusing event/hook: To entice the pupils' interest, the teacher shall begin by asking them their favorite time of the day and weather and ask them why.
* Focus questions:
1 What can you see outside when it is rainy compared to when it is sunny?
2 How will you describe the skies when there is a storm?
3 What does it feel like during summer, or what does it feel like during winter?
* Anticipatory set and diagnostic pre-assessment: The teacher shall provide pictures of various kinds of weather, which will be placed on a box. The pupils shall line up and pick a picture one by one. After everyone gets their picture, they will be asked to open it and describe what they can see. The teacher will also give an example of what she feels during particular weather (i.e., I feel brrrr cold during winter and I want to drink a hot cup of milk).
* Teaching procedures:
1 To identify the weather, the teacher shall bring the pupils outside the classroom in groups of two. The pupils will be given five minutes to look at the sun, the skies and feel the weather outside. If it is raining, the students shall observe from the inside of the classroom, with open windows. This shall be done in two consecutive days.
2 To compare seasonal weathers, the teacher shall provide a short film that illustrates what summer looks like and another that shows what winter looks like.
