Content Sequencing Strategy – Learning Related and Task Expertise
The training content will be sequenced by starting with the introduction and basics of the collective bargaining agreement and then progressing to more advanced topics, including intellectual and tactical interpersonal skills. When training the managers on Union bargaining strategies, the most popular method is on-task training. The managers will be given specific tasks to complete to learn the required skills. On-task training is going to be used in this case. Another common professional training method is classroom training, which involves a more formal setting with an instructor teaching a group of students (Reigeluth et al., 2016). Finally, blended sessions with e-learning, or online learning, are incorporated into the learning sessions.
The training intervention aims to improve managers' understanding of basic strategies and policies set forth to handle their collective bargaining agreement meetings by strengthening their interpersonal skills to de-escalate the conflict. The training intervention will be designed and delivered to satisfy the needs of the Labor Relations Department. The timeframes for the training intervention are to be decided. The expected outcomes of the training intervention are that managers will be better prepared for arbitration meetings and will have improved skills in resolving employee grievances.

When implemented, Khan & Ally (2015) notes that headings, lists, and other typographic devices organize information into complementary and sequential sections. This will help to break up the text and make it easier to follow. Headings and subheadings will be used to highlight the text's key points and crucial sections. Consider the use of multimedia to support and extend the text.
The course design will be focused on different learning styles by using a variety of activities and exercises that promote various types of learning, such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. The course will also include a glossary of terms to provide definitions for key concepts. Use of various assessment methods to measure learning objectives, including pre-and post-tests, quizzes, exercises, an...
