Within the matrix, list and describe one engagement strategy for each of the disability categories.

Use flexible time limits and provide alternative assignments if the students are absent frequently.

Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD)

Communicate clear rules and regulations where the students know what is expected and the routines.
Plan and structure learning lessons that follow routines but plan activity breaks and switch the activities (Smith et al., 2020).
Reframing questions and learning activities where there is a focus on self-evaluation to optimize learning and address learning challenges.
