            The article focuses on the experiences of the instructors and the heritage speakers. There is an increase in the number of students studying a foreign language. However, these students must have a teacher who is fully capable and knowledgeable in teaching learners. Thus, the researcher conducts an instrumental case study. The researcher elicited the personal experiences of bilingual students and instructors. The technique is used to highlight the similarities among the 25 participants. The researcher asked six questions in four group interviews, and the students participated in each. The facilitators are one native speaker and another non-native speaker. After collecting all the data, the researcher recommends what instructor’s training is needed and some modifications to the administrative policies.
