A week before the Masters, police in Los Angeles disclosed fresh information on Tiger Woods' traumatic vehicle accident, which occurred in late February and left him in critical condition. Police claimed on Wednesday that excessive speed was to blame for Woods' collision, and they still have no plans to prosecute him with a moving violation or DUI.
