Frank and Ron have exhibited several traits that display their effectiveness as members of the workforce. Some of the characteristics posted by the two include proper communication strategy as well as excellent analytical skills. Conventionally, it is always believed that people in the management wing of the organization should always make critical issues and changes in the organization.
