Generally, the user experience is good. The website is simple for users to navigate through. The heading size and color are consistent on all the pages. There is a clear and strong call to action where users can either book a free discovery session or check out the platform. The presence of such a call to action at the upper part of the landing page is critical in enabling users to know what needs to be done. However, the site's performance on mobile phones is lower (28%) compared to desktops (89%). Users accessing the site from mobile phones will experience poor performance compared to those using their desktop browsers. Further, the time to interact on mobile phones is 17.3s which is a lot of time. As a result, individuals may opt to move to other coaching sites since the website loads slowly (Munyaradzi, Maxmillan & Amanda, 2013). It would be challenging for users to wait about 17 seconds to view content. The site loads faster on desktops with a time to interact of 3.2, which makes it easier for users to access it via their desktops.
