This course has provided diverse learning experiences with long-term and significant impacts on my life as an individual. It integrated life-based and c personalized concepts that enable one to rediscover themselves and figure out how to interact with other people even in dynamic and complex scenarios. This aspect has helped me grow and propel my leadership skills further as an open-minded and change-oriented individual. Although I have gained diverse leadership learning experiences in this course, the learning about the power of listening was the most profound because it influenced my ethical leadership practice.
Listening to other people is a fundamental skill or strength of influential leaders.
