Sustainability involves acknowledging a company or organization's social, environmental, and economic impact and the means they use to lessen these impacts (Holmberg & Sandbrook, 2019). The sustainability will encompass every process undertaken, such as obtaining raw materials from the vendors, processing the products in the plants, transportation of the product to consumers, and disposal and recycling of the waste product. Sustainability serves to help in the conservation of our environment (Chams & García-Blandón, 2019). The more a company is sustainable, the better its reputation and legibility. With a sustainable company, there is an increase in productivity as well as money-saving.
