This should be something both novel and appropriate and should have maximum potential for adoption and diffusion within the organization. This should include 1) the situation, frustration, system failure, etc. that created the inspiration for your resource, 2) your resource, process, or product, 3) your implementation plan, and 4) your perceived benefit and outcomes. This should take the form that would be best received by the audience you plan to share (i.e. implement and encourage adoption) the resource with.
You are permitted the autonomy and creative freedom to convey your Conflict Resolution and Mediation Application by any means necessary. Show your genius and produce a quality product worthy of your education.
