This requires the manager to define group norms, formulate clear goals, and establish an environment where each team member’s skills are put into maximum skills. Establishing a diverse team of employees with different strengths
* Embrace inclusion
The very nature of having a diverse team of employees with different strengths means embracing and respecting the team’s cultural identities.
