* Encouragement of teamwork is an aspect of leadership that falls under the category of inspiration of shared vision. Vision in leadership gives orientation and meaning in management and coordination of teamwork. Besides, the greatest talent that a leader has is the ability to communicate and monitor the energy of team members in a way to ensure a balance that exists between motivation and recovery. A Leader who loves positive changes in an organization has listening skills. The leader usually expresses his commitment to the ideas of the colleagues and shares the passion with others. Consequently, the leader helps the team members to fully explore their talents to improve on a situation that brings positive change. The inspiration towards a shared vision within the members encourages unity and engagement among people. A leader inspires people and shares vision with workers (Kouzes and Posner 13). Therefore, it is essential to gather team members in devising a vision and encouraging the people regarding a common purpose for better results. Besides, ensure that the members are involved in the decision-making process to make them feel part of the organization. To accomplish such activities, a leader should be a good listener who determines the critical aspect of team members (Kouzes and Posner 13). Secondly, a leader should ensure that employees are secure regarding their relationships to work, their bodies, and finances. On a separate note, leaders should ensure that employees are satisfied. Therefore, the leader should strive in providing that the employees have a sense of good life and enjoy in their work environments (Kouzes and Posner 13). Concerning the survey results, leaders who value communication on their beliefs and those of the employees primarily on the best ways of improving on achieving their objectives encourage teamwork and inspire vision among the employees. Besides, these leaders maintain positivity, passion and value the interest of others whenever they work together hence the employees remain motivated at work (Kouzes and Posner 13).
* Kouzes and Posner emphasize on the communication of a shared vision. Leaders need to communicate the shared vision to get the imagination of team members. The vision should include hopes, aspirations, and dreams of the employees and ensure that the vision belongs to everybody. Besides, the authors encourage the use of symbolic languages and the use of metaphors to motivate employees in their speeches. Besides, it is vital to use word pictures such as creative exercise in workshops and maintain positive communication to bring out optimism, confidence, faith, and resilience among employees.
