Personality typing is a system of categorizing people according to their tendencies to think and act in particular ways. Personality typing attempts to find the broadest, most important ways in which people are different, and make sense of these differences by sorting people into meaningful groups. An online assessment on the personality type is a method of assessment, incorporating the use of questionnaires, where the person taking the test responds to the criteria in accordance to what relates to their personality, and in the process, their type of personality is identified.
I agree with the disagree with the online 70-question Assessment you took. This is because they accurately reflect my personality and I can relate to every question, provided all my answers were honest, and I gave them out accurately. The result of my tests showed I was a Guardian. Guardians are one of the four major temperaments; the others include the artisans, the rationale and the idealists. The Guardians are described as those who are always ‘security seeking.' Under this temperamental type, there are four other subgroupings. These include:
ESTJS
The acronym stands for Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging. ESTJ indicates a person who is energized by time spent with others (Extraverted), who focuses on facts and details rather than ideas and concepts (Sensing), who makes decisions based on logic and reason (Thinking) and who prefers to be planned and organized rather than spontaneous and flexible (Judging).
ISTJ
