According to Weathington and Weathington (2020), job evaluation seeks to establish the company's pay for jobs and create a fair, unbiased, and consistent pay structure. Job evaluation examines the requirements and contents of the job and measures them against a standard scale (Choudhary, 2016). This plan seeks to evaluate the HR recruiter job I covered in Week 2.
