To achieve this fate, the department embraces diversity as it allows it to attract the widest pool of talents, thus ensuring that it has access to highly qualified individuals to choose from (Guillaume et al., 2015). Secondly, diversity is critical in the United States Department of Treasury since it allows all employees to realize and maximize their potential as they strive to register better performance outcomes.
