It may also imply the values and standards or rules of behavior that lead the decisions, events and systems of an association in a way that add to the wellbeing of its key stakeholders, and respects the rights of all constituents affected by its operations. The areas that are of significant importance when it comes to the company`s code of conduct, in this case we looking at a restaurant by this name, RUBY TUESDAY, INC., include compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations. This code of conduct is of significant importance since without the employees and other partisans of the company not abiding by the regulations, then commotions and chaos result making governance and control hectic. Some of the regulations relevant to the company include Preventing harassment and discrimination of any kind especially, one involving religion, race, color, gender, age, sexual orientation or nationality. It is unacceptable. Another rule is that of insider trading.
