I believe Tim should talk with the employee who wrote about the post. The post was good, but it should not include the customer's personal information next time. Tim should hold a meeting with the employees and discuss appropriate social media policy for the company. These policies should ensure that no personal or account information is shared on Facebook without the proper procedure. The employer should review the employees' posts to ensure they do not post compromising information.
