In the centurion media, Richard Bennett finds himself in a difficult situation, and there is a need to make a decision that might cost his job or cost losses for the company. Decisions involve being wise, and consulting can also be appropriate to achieve better outcomes. Bennett found himself in this situation, and he had to think to make critical and practical decisions. Fowler's behavior and role in contract Centurion Media is known initially to be an industry that manufactures newspapers that involves business and led by Charles Reilly back in the 19th century. It was a family business that was inherited, and later, the company changes into a cable division system. In the 1940s, John Walson was a business person that wanted to invest in televisions, and he thought about how to start working on it. Fowler is unethical in that he deceives others and lacks accountability in working in Centurion Media for the benefit of Northpark. Charles Reilly took over the family business, and he started as an employee of the organization to get the concepts and experience he needed in running the organization. He did the right thing in that he didn’t rush things into being on the top without getting to know what happens in the background. Despite having the power to influence the organization, Reilly did not overemphasize his strengths to get what he wants, but he instead took the chance of learning and getting to understand the organization well. Charles is known to be self-driven and makes appropriate and right decisions in achieving a task. However, in the negotiation of the contract, the involvement of Fowler posses an ethical problem because he was a former employee of Northpark and still owns a share in the organization. The company grew, and Chuck Reilly introduced to the company an associate and a friend Joseph Fowler. Joseph Fowler is known to be the chief executive officer from Northpark. At Northpark, Fowler helped the company grow at high rates and generate good returns, and this made Reilly believe that he was capable of that position and that he would turn the company around to high profits. In building a good reputation, then robust ideas have to be brought up in achieving this ( Sherman, September 4). Fowler is highly known for his hard work and commitment to making an organization grow, and it’s what Reilly has liked in him. Everyone has a chance to make himself/herself a good or bad person by the effort they put into their daily lives. Joseph Fowler was known to be very hardworking and believed that success comes about from having high returns. Most workers liked him for the appreciation given, and in maximizing the minimum resources available in creating a sound output. However, rumors circulated that he still owns a large portion of Northpark Company and that he is among the board of directors. Nobody was able to approve this and get the right information.
