It is the largest coffeehouse chain company in the world, with 19,435 stores in 58 countries worldwide. Starbucks sells espresso coffee, cappuccino, coffee mocha, drip brewed coffee, cold and hot drinks, salads, coffee beans, cold and hot sandwiches, pastries, snacks and many more (Hitt, 2008). In the organization Baristas are considered to be the face of Starbuck. They produce an uplifting experience for customers and make delicious and perfect drinks- one drink and one customer at a time. A Barista is expected to act with integrity, knowledge and honesty that promote the values, culture and mission of Starbucks.
