Manufacturing Cars in Mexico
Introduction
Mexico is on the seventh position in the list of countries that manufacture cars and fourth among the exporters. This has taken hard work for Mexico to establish and maintain alongside other factors. The first factor is its geographical location. The theory of trade points out the success of a business as being dependent on its strategic location to the market. Mexico is neighboring the United States which is one of the major markets for automobiles. This has made it possible for Mexico to maintain a high profile in the automobile market. The strategic geographic location also involves its connection to ports in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. This helps ease the transportation of vehicles to other countries (Kitroeff, 2016).

This is a challenge that is not likely to end soon though the Mexican government has injected stern measures to curb the insecurity. These measures have seen insecurity reduce but it will be very hard to eliminate it (Kitroeff, 2016).
Another challenge that Mexico is likely to face is logistics. America’s president, Donald Trump, has since he took over power wanted to seal...
