This report relates to the case of Restaurant Brands International, Inc. (RBI), formed following the acquisition of Tim Hortons, Inc. by Burger King Worldwide (BKW). It highlights the entity’s vision, mission, strategies, and objectives and suggests a new vision and mission that would be ideal for presenting to the company. Further, it examines the external and internal environments through a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and strengths) analysis.
RBI’s Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Strategies
BKW’s vision relates to its dedication to signature recipes, superior ingredients, and family-friendly dining experiences that have determined its brand for over 50 years of success. Additionally, the code states that their vision is to serve the world’s best burgers through great people and a robust franchise system and be the most profitable quick-service restaurant (QSR) business.
