During my application for a business administrator job, I considered various factors. After finding Alliance Integrated Marketing Services (AIMS), a company in search of my skills, I read through the entire job posting and decided I was qualified to apply. AIMS is a bureau that specializes in marketing and engagement ventures. The company works alongside its sister companies, Alliance Strategic Marketing, Alliance Highway Safety, and Alliance Sport Marketing, to provide their clients with resources.
The job posting recorded that the company desired to employ a detail-oriented, innovative, and conscious professional to direct both accounting and office processes. When I read that the prospective employee is required to ensure the smooth running of the office through reviewing, improving procedures, systems, and policies, I got excited because I was convinced I could handle them easily. This section excited me because, with my skills, I would find it easy to maintain the company's official records, which include payments, receipts, purchases, and sales. I would also track progress on projects as well as organize a calendar of the company's events, which include, but not limited to, procedure and policy updates, new hire orientations, interviews, and training sessions.
 When I viewed the Administrative Manager Responsibilities section, I realized that I met most of the requirements. As a candidate, the applicant was required to assist in the evaluation of employees, besides screening, hiring, and training applicants and employees. I found all these responsibilities in tandem with my skills because, in college, I had attended various classes in this area.
