Reading the following information was outstanding. Even though several things were outstanding, one of the most interesting information is how artificial intelligence will help automate repetitive tasks. One of the main reasons is that accounting and auditing is one of the fields that consists of repetitive tasks compared to other fields. This repetitive nature makes the job monotonous, which could reduce the employees’ motivation. Moreover, most employees will use much time performing the same thing they could have saved if the process were automated (Pandit, 2023). Artificial intelligence and Robotic Process Automation could save the time accountants and auditors could have used to perform a task while also boosting their motivation.
